Introduction

Process capability analysis is a commonly used statistical tool in statistical process control, used to describe whether a production or processing process meets product quality requirements.

Capacity. The GB/T 40681 series of standards, "Statistical Methods for Monitoring Production Process Capacity and Performance," is proposed to consist of eight parts.

---Part 1: General Principles and Concepts. This section aims to describe the fundamental principles governing the capability and performance of manufacturing processes.

---Part 2: Process Capability and Performance of Time-Dependent Process Models. The aim is to provide parameters for product or process characteristics when they are related to...

When time is relevant, this is a method for estimating the process capability or performance statistics of this characteristic.

---Part 3: Equipment Performance Study Based on Component Measurement Data. The aim is to provide data for continuous production of components under repetitive conditions.

A statistical method for the short-term process capability of equipment.

---Part 4: Process Capability Estimation and Performance Measurement. The purpose is to provide commonly used methods for measuring process capability and performance.

---Part 5: Process Capability and Performance Estimation of Counting Characteristics. The aim is to provide a method for calculating the process capability and performance of counting characteristics.

Methods for performance metrics.

---Part 6: Capability Analysis of Multivariate Normal Processes. The aim is to provide a set of process or product characteristics that follow a multivariate normal distribution.

Statistical methods for process performance and capability.

---Part 7: Measurement Process Capability. The purpose is to provide verification of whether the measurement system and process can meet specific measurement requirements.

program.

---Part 8: Equipment Performance Analysis of Multi-State Production Processes. The aim is to provide verification of the short-term capability of the production process, i.e., the equipment...

Methods for performance indexing.

The purpose of a measurement process is to generate measurement results based on the defined characteristics of a part or process. The capability of a measurement process is determined by the statistical properties of the measured values.

The measurements are obtained through a measurement process that operates in a predictable manner.

Capability and performance indices are calculated based on measurement results. Before ensuring these indices have practical significance, it is necessary to first analyze the...

The uncertainty is evaluated using the measurement process uncertainty. The actual measurement uncertainty should be kept within a sufficiently small range.

If the measurement process is used to determine whether a product characteristic conforms to a specification, then the uncertainty of the measurement process must be compared with the specification itself.

Comparison. If the measurement process is used for process control of a certain characteristic, then the uncertainty of the measurement process should be compared with the process variation (or process variation).

Compare the differences. For both cases, acceptable limits should be specified.

The quality of the measurement result is determined by the uncertainty of the measurement process. This uncertainty is based on the understanding of the measurement process and is determined by multiple measurements.

It is defined by statistical characteristics or estimated values of characteristics.

The method described in this document addresses the measurement uncertainty of measuring equipment (for more information on the measurement uncertainty of measuring equipment, see [link to document]).

GB/T 24637.2). Therefore, these are only valid when both the known method uncertainty and specification uncertainty are smaller than the measurement uncertainty of the measuring equipment.

This method is applicable only if the estimated uncertainty is known. This document describes a method for defining and calculating the capability index of a measurement process based on the estimated uncertainty. GB/T 27418 the method given in "Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty" is the basis of this method.
