1 Scope

This document specifies the basic series of the structural length of metal valves with J-type flange connections. The structural length of each series conforms to

Requirements in ISO 7005-1, ISO 7005-2 and ISO 7005-3 or other JIS standards.

The range of pressure levels, represented by "K", is 5, 10, 16, 20, 30, 40 and other provisions in ISO 5752.

The range of nominal size is represented by "DN" or "A", which are 15, 20, 25, 32, 40, 50, 65, 80, 100, 125, 150,.200, 250, 300,

350, 400, 450, 500, 550, 600, 650, 700, 750, 800, 900, 1000, 1200.

Note. According to relevant information, the rated pressure of K series flanges at room temperature (not exceeding 120°C) is roughly as follows.

Pressure rating 5K 10K 16K 20K 30K 40K

Rated pressure (normal temperature) 0.7MPa 1.4MPa 2.2MPa 3.4MPa 5.1MPa 6.8MPa
