Scope
GB/T 40478-2021 is the English-translated version of 企业信用监管档案数据项规范.
GB/T 40478-2021 specifies the basic data items that make up an enterprise credit file kept for market supervision. It describes the attributes of each data item, namely its category, name, field name, data type and format and remarks, and the data types and ways of representing them.
It sets the basic requirements for the file, classifies the information it holds into registration, administrative licence, market supervision, administrative penalty, government department and business operation information, and covers how the file is managed and maintained.
A normative annex lists the data items for each class. It applies to setting up credit supervision files and to exchanging and sharing their information between government departments and organizations, and relies on the credit terms of GB/T 22117 and GB/T 31952. It was issued on 20 August 2021 and has applied since 1 March 2022.

4.1 Data item attributes
Each data item in this document includes the following attributes.
a) Data item category. enterprise business data classification;
b) Data item name. the name of the data item that is short and precise;
c) Field name. the name used by the indicator in the application system database;
d) Data type and format. the data type and application format that the value should follow;
e) Remarks. remarks or instructions.
