This document is Part 2 of GB/T 40426 "Decorative Solid Surface Materials for Plastic Products". GB/T 40426 has released the following

part.

---Part 1.Classification and specification;

---Part 2.Determination of performance of plate-shaped solid surface materials;

---Part 3.Determination of performance of non-plate solid surface materials.

This document uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 19712-2.2007 "Plastic products decorative solid surface material Part 2.Performance

Determination of the sheet".

The technical differences between this document and ISO 19712-2.2007 and the reasons are as follows.

---Regarding normative reference documents, this document has made adjustments with technical differences to adapt to my country's technical conditions and adjustments.

The situation is collectively reflected in Chapter 2 "Normative Reference Documents", and the specific adjustments are as follows.

* Replace ISO 4892-1 (see 9.3) with GB/T 16422.1 which is equivalent to adopting international standards;

* Replace ISO 4892-2.2006 (see 9.3) with GB/T 16422.2-2014 equivalent to the international standard;

* Replace ISO 2039-1 with GB/T 3398.1 which is equivalent to the international standard (see Chapter 15);

* Replace ISO 2039-2 with GB/T 3398.2, which is equivalent to the international standard (see Chapter 15);

* Deleted ASTMD2244 (see 12.3.2 of ISO 19712-2.2007);

--- Deleted "7.4 Performance Requirements" to avoid duplication with the load performance requirements in Part 1 of GB/T 40426;

--- Deleted "9.1 Method A" and "9.3 Method C" in the "9 Light Fastness" test to meet the requirements of my country's solid surface products

Actual use and performance evaluation to avoid confusion in interpretation;

--- Deleted "10.1 Method A" in "10 Antifouling" test; revised "10.2.2 Material" in "10.2 Method B", including

This section is intended for manufacturers of decorative solid surface materials, assemblers, construction parties and design units.

The proposed test method and its performance requirements are closely related to the use of the product. The installation method and process may affect the performance of the product.

Health impact.

Performance requirements include, but are not limited to, color and finish, appearance quality, resistance to dry heat, resistance to humidity, falling ball impact, stain resistance, and light resistance

Color fastness, cigarette burning resistance, resistance to cold and hot water circulation, load test, hardness, repairability and other important properties.

GB/T 40426 consists of three parts.

1 Scope
