Scope

GB/T 40131-2021 is the English-translated version of 减速永磁式步进电动机通用规范.

GB/T 40131-2021 is the general specification for reduced-speed permanent-magnet stepping motors. It applies to the stepping motors of this kind used in air conditioners, industrial processing equipment, meters and smart home appliances.

The standard defines terms such as phase number, number of beats, distribution manner, lose step and pull-in torque, and sets out motor types and basic parameters, with the basic parameters in a normative annex.

It gives technical requirements and test methods, including environmental tests for low and high temperature, damp heat, shock and sinusoidal vibration under the GB/T 2423 series, and inspection rules with sampling to GB/T 2828.1.

Marking, packaging, transportation and storage, model designation and outline dimensions complete it. It was issued on 21 May 2021 and has applied since 1 December 2021.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Phase number

The number of windings of the decelerating permanent magnet stepping motor.

3.2 Number of beats

The windings of the decelerating permanent magnet stepping motor control the number of times the winding energization state changes within one energization cycle.

3.3 Distribution manner

It stipulates the switching law of the on-off state of each phase winding of the decelerating permanent magnet stepping motor.

3.4 Lose step

The number of steps of the decelerating permanent magnet stepping motor does not correspond to the number of input electrical pulses, and it cannot be eliminated by itself after the dynamic process is over. phenomenon.

3.5 Pull-in torque

Under the specified driving conditions, the decelerating permanent magnet stepping motor can start at the specified frequency without losing the maximum load that it can withstand. Load torque.
