1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, production environment, production process, and production management of the production of tremella fuciformis sticks.
This standard applies to the standardized production of tremella fungus sticks.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 12728-2006 apply to this document. For ease of use, the following is repeated The main related terms and definitions.
3.1 Segment wood log
Wood segments that have not been inoculated, sawn off according to certain specifications. [GB/T 12728-2006, definition 2.6.29]
3.2 Drying the log
The process of stacking sections of wood in a certain way to lose water and dry them.
3.3 Inoculated log
Duanmu after inserting the white fungus strain.
3.4 Spawn colonization
The ear sticks are stacked in a certain pattern and placed under certain temperature, humidity, light and air conditions, and the process of mycelium colonization and growth.
3.5 Log maintenance
During the germination process, the process of changing the spatial position of the ear stick in the pile.
3.6 Supplementing water
In particular, it refers to the use of water injection or soaking to add water to the matrix before the fruit body occurs or when the water is insufficient during the intermittent period. [GB/T 12728-2006, definition 2.6.82]
