Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the redrafting method to amend and adopt ISO 15147.2012 "The width and length of cutting light conveyor belts for light conveyor belts"

limit deviation".

Compared with ISO 15147.2012, this standard has technical differences.

The vertical single line (|) of the setting is marked, and the technical differences and their reasons are as follows.

---Regarding normative references, this standard is adjusted as follows.

* Replace ISO 21183-1 (see Chapter 1) with GB/T 39825 modified to adopt international standards, and change it to reference;

* Added reference to ISO 21183-2 (see Chapter 3).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the measurement method and limit deviation of the length and width of the cutting light conveyor belt described in GB/T 39825.

This standard applies to light conveyor belts.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in ISO 21183-2 apply to this document.

4 width

When measuring according to 6.1, the deviation between the measured width of the belt and the specified cutting width should not be greater than the specified value in Table 1.

For cutting light conveyor belts with a cutting width of not more than 1m, the actual cutting width should be increased in order at an interval of 50mm; cutting width

For cutting light conveyor belts larger than 1m, the actual cutting width is increased in order at 100mm intervals.
