Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 11104.2011 "Space Data and Information Transmission System Time Code Format".

Compared with ISO 11104.2011, this standard has many adjustments in structure. Appendix A lists this standard and ISO 11104.2011.

The chapter number comparison list.

Compared with ISO 11104.2011, there are technical differences between this standard, and the clauses involved in these differences have been passed on the outer margins.

The set vertical single line (︱) is marked, and a list of corresponding technical differences and their reasons is given in Appendix B.

This standard also made the following editorial changes.

--- Deleted part of the document structure and references in Chapter 1 of ISO 11104.2011;

--- Changed Appendix C "Terms and Abbreviations" in ISO 11104.2011 to Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 of the main text;

--- Deleted the informative Appendix B "Basic Principles of Time Code" of ISO 11104.2011;

--- Deleted the informative appendix D "Conversion between TAI and UTC" of ISO 11104.2011;

--- Deleted the informative Annex E of ISO 11104.2011 "Examples of Adaptation of Organizational Definition Code (PB-5J)";

---The informative appendix F "References" of ISO 11104.2011 is deleted.

This standard was proposed and managed by the National Aerospace Technology and Application Standardization Technical Committee (SACTC425).

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 2900.54 apply to this document.

3.1

Timecode format

An encoding format used to represent time information in digital or analog signal systems (such as date, time of day, or time interval).

3.2

Time scale

a) A system for sorting events without ambiguity.

b) Choose a basic unit of time (seconds), accumulated from a specific starting point. The dots on the time scale represent the time. year, month, day,

The decimal representation of hours, minutes, seconds and seconds.

3.3

time interval

a) The duration between two moments on the same time scale;

b) The difference between two points or the elapsed time between two events on the time scale.

Note. The time interval measured in time-frequency measurement is generally less than 1s. Such as how many milliseconds, microseconds, nanoseconds, picoseconds, etc.

3.4

date

The value read on a time scale at a given instant, usually referring to the calendar.

3.5

Epoch time

a) The starting point of an event or the reference date of a measurement system;

b) The beginning of a century or the beginning of a timing system.
