3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 26099.3-2010 and GB/T 39334.1 apply to this document.
3.1 Storage system
The combination of warehouse, equipment and operation strategy used in product sorting or storage and reception.
3.2 Distribution system
The combination of equipment, route, layout and operation strategy used in product transportation, loading and unloading.
3.3 Assembly process logistics system
The combination of material hoisting, handling, personnel and their movement strategies in the product assembly process.
3.4 recycling system
The combination of collection, handling, storage and treatment of discarded or unqualified materials during product assembly.
4 General requirements
The logistics simulation of the assembly workshop in the manufacturing process of mechanical products meets the following requirements.
a) Model construction based on assembly operations and logistics processes;
b) The definition of the necessary conditions for system resources should be clear and accurate;
c) The logistics simulation of the assembly workshop should comprehensively consider the various elements in the process logistics activities such as warehousing, distribution, assembly and recycling, and intuitively
