Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 16228.2017 "Fastener Inspection Document Types".

The technical differences between this standard and ISO 16228.2017 and the reasons are as follows.

Fastener inspection file type

1 Scope

This standard specifies the non-standard items issued by the fastener manufacturer or distributor and/or external authorized representative according to the specific requirements of the buyer when ordering.

Inspection documents for the same type of fasteners.

---Test report (F2.2, F3.1, F3.2).

Note. "Certificate" is a general term, and the term used in fastener inspection documents is "test report".

This standard specifies the content of fastener inspection documents in combination with orders, relevant standards and/or specified requirements.

This standard applies to finished fasteners, such as bolts, screws, and screws made of carbon steel and alloy steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals or non-metallic materials.

Studs, nuts, washers, pins, rivets, etc.

This standard does not apply to special purposes or special engineering applications that require other types of procedures (such as initial samples).

Appendix A gives examples of inspection files. Appendix B gives examples of code recognition systems in fastener inspection files.
