GB/T 39208-2020 is a code of practice for installing and commissioning the retractable full-rotation rudder propeller device, which it shortens to telescopic propeller, and it fixes the preparation before installation, the installation quality requirements, the installation procedure, the installation inspection and the commissioning procedures.

1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Telescopic full-rotation rudder propeller device; Telescopic propeller
The hydraulic cylinder realizes vertical expansion and contraction and can be used as a rudder propeller with 360° full rotation.
Note: It is mainly composed of propeller blades, deflector, propulsion motor, propulsion motor base, guide rod in the cabin, elastic shaft, telescopic propeller installation bottom plate, telescopic propeller installation base, It is composed of underwater supporting base and other components. According to the overall arrangement of the propulsion motor and the rudder propeller, it is mainly divided into the following forms.
a) Fixed type of propulsion motor. the propulsion motor is located above the telescopic propeller device (vertical) or side (horizontal), during the telescopic process, through the clutch or elastic The shaft and other devices realize the normal operation of the propulsion motor and the telescopic propeller device;
b) Propulsion motor follow-up type. The propulsion motor is located above the telescopic propeller device. During the telescopic process, the propulsion motor moves up and down with the rudder propeller.
