GB/T 39140 "Clamping Chuck for Diamond Circular Saw Blade" is divided into the following two parts.

---Part 1.Stone processing;

---Part 2.Building construction and civil engineering.

This part is Part 2 of GB/T 39140.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 21537-2.2004 "Clamping Chuck for Super Abrasive Cutting Wheel Part 2.Building and Construction".

Compared with ISO 21537-2.2004, there are technical differences between this part and ISO 21537-2.2004.The clauses related to these differences have been passed on the outer margins.

The vertical single line (|) of the position is marked, and a list of the corresponding technical differences and their reasons is given in Appendix A.

This section also made the following editorial changes.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 39140 specifies the type and size, requirements, marks and signs of clamping chucks for diamond circular saw blades.

This part is applicable to cutting construction and civil engineering materials, installed on fixed cutting machines, mobile cutting machines and hand-held cutting machines

3 Type and size

There are 5 types of clamping chucks for diamond circular saw blades. clamping chucks for hand-held cutting machines (type A), clamping chucks for stationary cutting machines

Disc (B type), clamping chuck for mobile cutting machine (C type), clamping chuck for mobile cutting machine (flush cutting) (D type) and wall cutting machine

Use the clamping chuck (type E), as shown in Figure 1 to Figure 5, and their dimensions are shown in Table 1 to Table 5.

Other requirements not specified should be selected according to needs.
