Foreword

GB/T 39140 "Clamping Chuck for Diamond Circular Saw Blade" is divided into the following two parts.

---Part 1.Stone processing;

---Part 2.Building construction and civil engineering.

This part is Part 1 of GB/T 39140.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This section uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 21537-1.2004 "Clamping Chuck for Super Abrasive Cutting Wheel Part 1.Natural Stone".

Compared with ISO 21537-1.2004, this part has technical differences, and the clauses related to these differences have been passed on the outer margins.

The vertical single line (︱) of the position is marked, and a list of the corresponding technical differences and their reasons is given in Appendix A.

This section also made the following editorial changes.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 39140 specifies the type and size, materials, markings and signs of clamping chucks for diamond circular saw blades.

This part is applicable to clamping chucks for diamond circular saw blades installed on fixed cutting machines for processing natural and artificial stone.

3 Type and size

Clamping chucks for diamond circular saw blades are divided into clamping chucks (N1 type) without ring-shaped arrangement holes around the middle hole and ring-shaped arrangement holes around the middle hole

Clamping chuck (N2 type), as shown in Figure 1 and Figure 2, its dimensions are shown in Table 1.

Other requirements not specified should be selected according to needs.
