Scope
GB/T 38924.11-2023 is the English-translated version of 民用轻小型无人机系统环境试验方法 第11部分:霉菌试验.
GB/T 38924.11-2023 is Part 11 of GB/T 38924 and describes the fungus test for civil light and small unmanned aircraft systems with a take-off mass from 0.25 kg to 150 kg, aircraft and ground station together.
Live fungus spores are used, in conditions that favour their growth. It fixes the test conditions and tolerances, the equipment and instruments, the test process from the initial check onwards, what to do when the test is interrupted and resumed, how the result is judged and what the report contains.
Its annexes give the culture media, the effects of fungus growth, the protective measures and a sterilization method. It applies to systems that will meet mould in transport, storage or use, and cites GB/T 38924.1-2020 and HB 6167.11-2014. It was issued on 23 May 2023 and has applied since 1 December 2023.
