This standard uses the redrafting method with reference to ISO 9628.2006 "Rolling bearing outer spherical ball bearings and eccentric sleeves.

Differences and ISO 9628.2006/Amd.1.2011 "Diameter Series 3", with ISO 9628.2006 and ISO 9628.2006/Amd.1.

The degree of consistency in.2011 is non-equivalent.

This standard was proposed by the China Machinery Industry Federation.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Rolling Bearing Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC98).

This standard was drafted. Luoyang Bearing Research Institute Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Xinchang Peel Bearing Co., Ltd., Dongguan TR Bearing Co., Ltd.

5 characteristics

5.1 General

Usually, when a bearing on one shaft is mounted on two or more bearing blocks, it is not guaranteed that they are well centered. But if the outer ring has

The spherical outer surface allows the bearing to be mounted in a matching spherical seat hole to adjust the fixed angular deviation.

The bearing ring and the eccentric sleeve can be surface treated to reduce the degree of corrosion during operation.

5.2 inner diameter

For each set of bearings or eccentric bores, there is usually one metric and several inch inner diameters. Tables 1, 3, and

The inch diameter models in parentheses in Table 4.

Unlike the practical application of general rolling bearings, the inner diameter tolerance of the inner ring is "positive" deviation, which makes it easy to fit the bearing and the eccentric to the standard.

On the shaft.

5.3 bearing outer diameter

The outer diameter of the 2 series bearing (corresponding to the metric inner diameter, except 40mm except 40mm) meets the diameter in GB/T 273.3

Series 2; 3 series bearings have an outer diameter that conforms to the diameter series 3 of GB/T 273.3.

5.4 Width of inner ring and fastening device

The inner ring width (corresponding to the metric inner diameter) does not comply with the requirements of diameter series 2 and 3 in GB/T 273.3. Determination of the width of the inner ring, should

Consider the space requirements for sealing and fastening devices for a variety of different applications, as well as the need for axial elongation of the shaft support.

If the fastening device extends axially beyond the inner ring, the width including the fastening device is referred to as the total width. Limit one of the total width

The relative position of the center line of the end and the outer ring is an important size, and each of Figs. 1 to 6 in this standard only shows an example of the fastening device.

5.5 Width of the outer ring

For bearings with a spherical outer surface, the width of the outer ring is not important, as long as the range of the outer ring width is specified, it can be correctly determined.

The size of the housing mounting groove. Therefore, this standard specifies the width range of the outer ring, that is, from the diameter series 2 and GB/T 273.3

The minimum width value of 3 is the maximum width required to provide sufficient space for various seals and grease fill holes.

5.6 Relubrication

Bearings can be re-lubricated depending on the application. If you have a lubrication device, you can drill one or more on the outer ring.

Radial small through holes. This standard does not specify the exact structure and position of the relubrication measures, only the required lubrication zone width and

Position to relubricate the bearings on one or both sides of the outer ring. This allows the lubricant to cover the entire lubrication zone through the housing.

The internal cavity oil is smoothly injected into the bearing.

6 code

6.1 The code of the outer spherical ball bearing of metric inner diameter shall be in accordance with GB/T 27554.

6.2 The structure type code of the eccentric inner diameter eccentric sleeve is represented by the capital Latin letter E, its size series and inner diameter code and outer spherical ball shaft

Consistent.

6.3 Inch inner diameter ball bearings and eccentric sleeves are made of metric inner diameter ball bearings and eccentric sleeves with an inch diameter.

Code.

The bearing inch diameter code is divided by the number of millimeters of the inner diameter divided by 25.4, and multiplied by an integer of 16.

Example. UEL201-8

It indicates that the inch diameter of the bearing is 12.7 mm, that is, 12.7 ÷ 25.4 x 16 = 8, which is represented by 8.

a The minimum and maximum widths are not tolerances, only the range where the nominal value of the width should not be exceeded.

b If relubrication measures are applied to the outer ring, they shall be placed on the side of the outer ring or on both sides of the lubrication zone defined by dimensions C1 and C2. So lubricated

The agent can be smoothly injected into the bearing through the inner cavity oil covering the entire lubrication area in the bearing housing.

8.2 The outer dimensions of the outer spherical ball bearings are shown in Table 4 to Table 6.
