1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions
The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 15565 and GB/T 38651.1 apply to this document.
4 Basic regulations
4.1 General requirements
4.1.1
The daily maintenance of the sign carrier should adjust the inspection cycle according to the physical and chemical environment of the location.
4.1.2
The sign carrier should be inspected in advance in case of severe weather, and take necessary safety protection measures such as cleaning and reinforcement.
4.1.3
Mark carrier should be tested for safety (see 5.3). Mark carriers that fail to be tested shall not be used. Logo carrier structure
After the change, the safety test should be repeated.
4.1.4
The replacement of the marking carrier should adopt the same material and process as the original processing material specifications and performance.
4.2 Maintenance information and accessories of the logo carrier
4.2.1
Complete complete drawings shall be provided.
4.2.2
The instruction manual of the marking carrier and the list of spare parts shall be provided.
4.2.3
Establish a maintenance management system, which should have an overall maintenance plan, emergency plan, maintenance files and maintenance records. For maintenance records, please refer to the appendix
Table A.1 of A.
4.2.4
The sign carrier that needs to be opened for overhaul, the performance of the lock and key should be accepted.
