GB/T 38425.2-2019 is the English-translated version of 纺织机械与附件闭口综耳钢片综第2部分：淬火钢带钢片综的尺寸.

GB/T 38425.2-2019 is Part 2 of the two-part Chinese national standard series on flat steel healds with closed end loops for textile machinery and accessories, and it covers healds manufactured of hardened strip steel.

It specifies the main dimensions and the limit deviations of the O-type closed-end-loop flat steel healds made of hardened steel strip that are used in the textile industry, and it applies to those healds.

Clause 2 fixes the main dimensions, which are given in Figure 1 and in Tables 1 and 2, with dimensions in millimetres.

It modifies ISO 363-2:2006 by the redrafting method: the deviation of the distance L between the end loops has been added as plus or minus 0.30 in Tables 1 and 2 and further size specifications have been added, while the editorial changes include the scale of view X in Figure 1 set to 2.5:1, the removal of footnote a on section symbol AA in Figure 1 with the scale of the enlarged section set to 3:1, and the retitling of Tables 1 and 2 as the main dimensions and limit deviations of single-row guide-eyelet flat steel healds. It was issued and came into force on 31 December 2019.

GB/T 38425 `` Textile Machinery and Accessories Closed Heald Ear Steel Sheet Heald '' is divided into 2 parts.

--- Part 1. dimensions of hot rolled steel strip healds;

--- Part 2. Dimensions of healds of hardened steel strip. This part is the second part of GB/T 38425.

This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This part uses the redrafting method to modify and adopt ISO 363-2:2006 "Textile machinery and accessories closed heald steel sheet healds Part 2. Dimensions of hardened steel strip healds.

This section has technical differences compared to ISO 363-2:2006, and the terms involved in these differences have passed through the margins on the outside The vertical single line (|) at the location is marked. The technical differences are.

--- Increased the deviation of the distance L between the ears to "± 0.30" (see Tables 1 and 2);

--- Increased size specifications (see Table 1 and Table 2).

The following editorial changes have also been made in this section.

--- Increased the scale of "X" in Figure 1 to "2.5:1";

--- Deleted the footnote "a" of the section symbol "AA" in Figure 1, and increased the scale used in the section enlarged view to "3:1";

--- Amended Tables 1 and 2 entitled "Main Dimensions and Limitation Deviations of Single-row Guide Eyelet Steel Sheet Heald" Dimensions and their extreme deviations ".

This part of GB/T 38425 specifies the main dimensions and limits of steel healds (O-type) with closed heald ears for quenched steel belts for the textile industry deviation.

This section is applicable to closed heald steel healds for hardened steel belts used in the textile industry.
