Foreword

GB/T 38329 "Port Ship-shore Connection" is planned to be divided into 3 parts.

---Part 1.General requirements for high-voltage shore connection (HVSC) systems;

---Part 2.Data transmission for monitoring and control of high-voltage and low-voltage shore connection systems;

---Part 3.General requirements for low-voltage shore connection (LVSC) systems.

This part is Part 2 of GB/T 38329.

This section was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

The translation method used in this part is equivalent to IEC /IEEE80005-2.2016, Port Ship-to-shore Connection Part 2.High Voltage and Low Voltage Shore Power

Data transmission for connection system monitoring and control".

This part is proposed and managed by the National Marine Electrical and Electronic Equipment Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC531).

Drafting organizations of this section. China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation 704 Research Institute, Jimei University, NARI Group Corporation.

1 Scope

This part of GB/T 38329 specifies the data interface between the shore and the ship, as well as the implementation of non-emergency communications if necessary.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 38329.1 apply to this document.

3.1

Emergency communication communicationforemergencyfunction

A hard-wired signal to trip the feeder circuit breaker (ship and shore).

3.2

Non-emergency communication for non-emergency function

Information and data exchange between the shore and the ship.

Note. If this data exchange requires the circuit breaker to trip, then the communication will also be carried out through the secondary circuit.

3.3

Register

16-bit location for storing data.

3.4

High byte highbyte; HB

The upper byte of the register, the leftmost 8 bits.

3.5

Low byte lowbyte; LB

The low byte of the register, the rightmost 8 bits.
