GB/T 38329.1-2019 — This section specifies the relevant requirements for onboard and onshore high-voltage shore power connection (HVSC) systems and systems for transmitting electricity from shore to ships. Claim. This section applies to the design, installation and testing of HVSC systems and the following equipment within the system. * High-voltage shore power distribution system; * Shore ship connection and interface equipment; * Transformer/Reactor; * Semiconductor/rotary converter; * Shipboard power distribution system; * Control, monitoring, interlocking and energy management systems (PMS). This system is not suitable for power supply when docked, such as maintenance and repair when entering the dry dock and when the ship is not operating. Relevant national agencies, the competent authority in charge of ship operations, the shipowner or the department responsible for shore power supply or distribution systems may add additional or alternative Generation requirements. HVSC system can be applied to ships of 1MW and above or ships with high voltage power supply. This section does not cover low-voltage shore power connection systems.

GB/T 38329 `` Port Ship to Shore Connection '' is intended to be divided into the following parts.
--- Part 1. General requirements for high-voltage shore power connection (HVSC) systems;
--- Part 2. Data transmission for monitoring and control of high-voltage and low-voltage shore power connection systems;
This part is the first part of GB/T 38329.
This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
