2 Scope
This part of GB/T 38144 specifies the product classification, technical requirements, test methods, identification and instructions of emergency shower and eyewash equipment. This part is applicable to emergency shower and eyewash equipment for emergency washing after the eyes and bodies of operating personnel are exposed to hazardous chemicals and other hazardous articles in the workplace.
