1 Scope

GB/T 38099.3-2026 is the Chinese national standard covering dismantling a decommissioned server - the destruction or verified erasure of the storage before anything else, the recovery of the boards, heatsinks and power supplies, the batteries and the halogenated plastics. 3 Terms and Definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 29769 and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
