Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for Standardization Work Part 1.Structure and Drafting Rules of Standardization Documents"

Drafting.

This document is Part 1 of GB/T 38051 "Household Cooking Appliances". GB/T 38051 has released the following parts.

---Part 1.Test methods for the performance of electric stoves, ovens, steamers and grills;

---Part 2.The performance test method of the stove.

The translation method used in this document is equivalent to IEC 60350-1.2016 ``Household Cooking Appliances Part 1.Electric Ranges, Ovens, Steam Boxes and Grills

Shelf performance test method."

The Chinese documents that have consistent correspondence with the normatively cited international documents in this document are as follows.

---GB/T 35758-2017 Standby power measurement method for household appliances (IEC 62301.2011, IDT);

---GB/T 16839.1-2018 Thermocouple Part 1.Electromotive force specifications and tolerances (IEC 60584-1.2013, IDT).

Introduction

At present, my country's household cooking appliances industry is developing rapidly, and the technical level of the industry is constantly improving. With the improvement of our people's living standards,

And consumers' pursuit of high-quality life, also put forward higher requirements for product performance. However, at present, my country has not targeted such products.

Products, systematically formulate relevant performance test methods and standards, and there is no uniform performance test method in the industry, resulting in uneven product quality

Uneven, vicious competition in the market.

In order to guide the sustainable and healthy development of the industry, improve the performance level of products and meet the needs of consumers, GB/T 38051 was formulated

"Household Cooking Appliances" standard. On the road to industry and product standardization, this standard has played a fundamental role. In order to ensure compliance with international standards

In keeping with synchronization, this standard is formulated in a form equivalent to adopting the latest international version of the IEC standard.

This standard covers the main home appliances in the cooking appliance industry, namely electric stoves, ovens, steamers, grills and stoves, including consumers

The main performance characteristics of interest and the interests of consumers are specified and the measurement methods for these characteristics are specified. Due to the length of the document and the product

There are technical differences between GB/T 38051 "Household Cooking Appliances" to be composed of two parts.

---Part 1.Test methods for the performance of electric stoves, ovens, steamers and grills. Its purpose is to have similar structure and use

Determination of performance test methods for four types of products such as electric stove, oven, steamer and grill.

---Part 2.The performance test method of the stove. Its purpose is to determine the performance test for cooktop products with unique cooking characteristics.

Try the method.
