1 Scope

This document specifies the performance test methods for household electric stoves, ovens, steamers and grills.

The oven referred to in this document may or may not have a microwave function.

The manufacturer should specify the main cooking function of the appliance-microwave function or heating. The main cooking functions should be carried out according to the existing methods.
