3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Energy unit energyuser
Independent nuclear, such as enterprises, institutions, administrative agencies, and social groups that consume primary energy, secondary energy, or energy-carrying working fluids for production and living

It is deployed in energy-using units and is used to collect, analyze, and summarize the energy consumption data of the unit and upload the data to the equipment of the system platform.
3.3 System platform
