1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, and neutral ink ballpoint pens and refills.

Transportation, storage.

This standard applies to neutral ink ballpoint pens (replacement and non-replaceable core) and refills for general writing and document writing (hereinafter referred to as "medium"

Neutral ink ballpoint pen gelinkbalpen

When writing, the viscosity of the ink is significantly reduced due to the rotation of the ball, and the ballpoint pen whose viscosity is raised to or close to the static state viscosity when writing is stopped.
