1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, signs, packaging, and neutral ink ballpoint pens and refills.

Neutral ink ballpoint pen gelinkbalpen

When writing, the viscosity of the ink is significantly reduced due to the rotation of the ball, and the ballpoint pen whose viscosity is raised to or close to the static state viscosity when writing is stopped.
