1 Scope
This standard specifies the technical specifications for the remanufacturing of components using brush plating technology, including general requirements, brush plating process requirements, and brush plating.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Remanufacturing
The process of specializing repair or upgrading of remanufactured blanks so that their quality characteristics are not lower than the prototype new level.

3.2 Brush plating
Electroplating is carried out by moving a pad or brush attached to the anode and providing a plating solution to which it is applied, on the cathode to be plated.

4 General requirements
4.1 Data Requirements
Before the re-manufacturing of the brush plating, the relevant parts and components should be collected as much as possible, including.
a) information on parts manufacturing, materials, heat treatment and surface treatment, design life, etc.;
b) Working conditions such as working temperature, pressure, working medium, and technical requirements for use;
c) records of parts service time, maintenance records, abnormal working conditions, etc.;
d) Other relevant documents and materials.
4.2 Brush plating solution requirements
