1 Scope
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, product quality control management, service processes and requirements for agricultural sales services.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Agricultural production information
Agricultural resources
Material information required for agricultural production, usually including fertilizers, pesticides, agricultural film, seeds, feed and feed additives, veterinary drugs, agricultural machinery

3.2 Agricultural sales service
The act of providing agricultural production materials and related services to customers through sale, lease or other means, including

3.3 Agricultural resources dealer
A business organization or individual that sells agricultural production materials to customers and provides corresponding services.
4 basic requirements
4.1 Sales organization qualifications and operating conditions requirements
4.1.1
It shall be established or registered according to law and has a business license.
4.1.2
The operating license of the corresponding agricultural products should be obtained and the relevant operating conditions should be met.

It should have a sound management system for the whole process of agricultural sales, and supervise the implementation of the inspection management system and take timely improvements.
