1 Scope
This document specifies the use of filter membrane blocking technology (also known as mesh blocking method or hole blocking technology) to monitor liquid particles online or offline semi-quantitatively.
Method of particle contamination. This document also specifies operating procedures for laboratory and on-site calibration of instruments and verification of the correct use of instruments.
