GB/T 37162.1-2018 is the English-translated version of 液压传动 液体颗粒污染度的监测 第1部分:总则.
GB/T 37162.1-2018 is the Chinese standard "Hydraulic fluid power -- Monitoring the level of particulate contamination of the fluid -- Part 1: General principles".
Its scope clause reads: This part of GB/T 37162 specifies methods and techniques for monitoring the degree of particle contamination in hydraulic systems, and describes various methods.
Advantages and disadvantages in order to properly select monitoring methods under given conditions. The methods described in this section apply to monitoring. a) the cleanliness of the hydraulic system; b) the rinsing process; c) Auxiliary equipment and test benches.
This section also applies to the monitoring of other liquids (eg lubricants, fuels, treatment fluids). Note. Instruments used to monitor particle contamination cannot be considered or referred to as particle counters, even if they employ the same physical principles as particle counters. Its clauses include terms and definitions.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 17446 apply to this document.
3.1 Automatic particle counter automaticparticlecounter; APC
An instrument capable of automatically counting and measuring the size of particles of a certain size range suspended in a liquid.
Note. The automatic particle counter is at least a particle sensor, a device that delivers a specific volume of liquid sample to the sensor according to the controllable flow, a signal processor, and a sensor
The size of the individual particles is converted into a composition of the particle size distribution analyzer and a device for outputting the particle size distribution results. Typical particle
The principle of dimensional measurement has the principle of scattering and shading.
