Scope
GB/T 37019.3-2018 is the English-translated version of 卫星导航地基增强系统播发接口规范 第3部分：调频频段数字音频广播.
GB/T 37019.3-2018 is Part 3 of the Chinese specification for the dissemination interface of the national BeiDou augmentation system, and covers broadcasting over FM band digital audio broadcasting.
It sets out how the ground-based augmentation system broadcasts BDS, GLONASS, GPS and Galileo wide-area and regional RTD differential corrections and ephemeris assistance data, and specifies the broadcasting process, the interface protocol, interface requirements, the classification of data products and their packaging into message packets.
Its annexes deal with time labels and the CRC model for packet encapsulation. It applies to broadcasting the system's data products and to developing user terminals that receive them.
Parts 1 and 2 cover mobile communication networks and China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

Foreword
GB/T 37019 "Satellite Navigation Ground Augmentation System Broadcast Interface Specification" consists of three parts.
--- Part 1. Mobile communication network;
--- Part 2. China Mobile Multimedia Broadcasting;
--- Part 3. FM audio band digital audio broadcasting.
This part is the third part of GB/T 37019.
This part is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
Introduction
The Satellite Navigation Ground Reinforcement System (NBAS) is a nationally important information infrastructure for high precision positioning and integrity service.
The satellite navigation ground-based augmentation system receives navigation signals transmitted by navigation satellites through a number of reference stations established at a certain distance on the ground.
Transmission to the data processing center via the communication network, processing to generate precise orbits and clock differences of the navigation satellite, ionospheric correction, post-processing data Products and other information are broadcasted through satellite, mobile communication networks, digital broadcasting, etc., and a series of standards are formed accordingly. The first part is the mobile communication network.

1 Scope

3 Terms and definitions

3.1 Satellite navigation ground enhancement system
