Scope

GB/T 36938-2018 is the English-translated version of 纺织机械与附件水刺机用水射流板.

GB/T 36938-2018 is the Chinese national standard for the strips used for water jet solidification in textile machinery, that is the jet strips of a spunlace line, and it is the modified adoption of ISO 18599:2015, the technical differences being listed in Annex A. It specifies the dimensions, the characteristics and the marking of the water jet strip.

The size code is given by figures and by the symbols W for the width, t for the thickness, WD for the length of the orifice arrangement area, D for the orifice diameter, S for the orifice spacing within the same row, r for the number of rows of orifices, A for the removal hole diameter, R for the end radius and lD for the straight hole length of the orifice, and the number of orifices per metre of length is obtained from the orifice spacing in millimetres by the formula of clause 2.

It applies to the water jet strips of spunlace machinery. The document has no clause of normative references. It was issued on 28 December 2018 and has applied since 1 July 2019.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 18599:2015 "Textile Machinery and Accessories Sprinkler Water Jet Plate".

There are technical differences between this standard and ISO 18599:2015. The terms involved in these differences have been passed through the margins on the outside of them.

The vertical single line (|) is marked, and a list of the corresponding technical differences and their causes is given in Appendix A.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the size, characteristics and marking of the water jet plate of the spunlace (hereinafter referred to as "water jet plate").

This standard applies to sprinkler water jets.

2 Size code

The size code of the water jet plate is shown in Figure 1~3. Description.

W --- width; r --- the number of rows of orifices; t --- thickness; A --- removal hole diameter;

WD --- the length of the orifice arrangement area; R --- end radius; D --- orifice diameter; lD --- orifice straight hole length.

S --- the same row of nozzle spacing; a --- zoom in;

The number of orifices per meter length is calculated according to equation (1).

nD = S 1 (1)

In the formula. nD --- the number of orifices per meter length; S --- orifice spacing in millimeters (mm).
