Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 18599.2015 "Textile Machinery and Accessories Sprinkler Water Jet Plate".

There are technical differences between this standard and ISO 18599.2015. The terms involved in these differences have been passed through the margins on the outside of them.

The vertical single line (|) is marked, and a list of the corresponding technical differences and their causes is given in Appendix A.

This standard was proposed by the China National Textile and Apparel Council.

This standard is under the jurisdiction of the National Textile Machinery and Accessories Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC215).

1 Scope

This standard specifies the size, characteristics and marking of the water jet plate of the spunlace (hereinafter referred to as "water jet plate").

This standard applies to sprinkler water jets.

2 size code

The size code of the water jet plate is shown in Figure 1~3.

Description.

W --- width; r --- the number of rows of orifices;

t --- thickness; A --- removal hole diameter;

WD --- the length of the orifice arrangement area; R --- end radius;

D --- orifice diameter; lD --- orifice straight hole length.

S --- the same row of nozzle spacing;
