3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 City

Residents with non-agricultural and non-agricultural populations as the main characteristics. It includes cities and towns established according to the state administrative system.

A method of quantitatively, qualitatively, or descriptively reflecting a thing or phenomenon.
