Foreword

This document is in accordance with the provisions of GB/T 1.1-2020 "Guidelines for standardization work Part 1: Structure and drafting rules for standardization documents" Drafting.

This document replaces GB/T 36621-2018 "Smart City Information Technology Operation Guidelines". Compared with GB/T 36621-2018, In addition to structural adjustments and editorial changes, the main technical changes are as follows.

a) Changed the “Overall Framework for Smart City Information Technology Operations” and the overall framework description (see Chapter 5, 5.1 of the 2018 edition);

b) Deleted the description of "computer room" operation (see 6.2 of the 2018 version);

c) Changed the description of the operation of “IoT sensing infrastructure” (see 6.1.2, 6.3 of the 2018 version);

d) Changed the description of “network communication infrastructure” operation (see 6.1.3, 6.4 of the 2018 edition);

e) Changed the description of “Computing and Storage Infrastructure” operations (see 6.1.4, 6.5 of the 2018 version);

f) Added descriptions of “cloud service infrastructure” operations (see 6.1.5);

m) Changed “information system operation” to “application operation” and adjusted the relevant description (see 6.4, Chapter 8 of the 2018 edition);

n) Changed the description of “Security Operation” (see 6.5, Chapter 9 of the 2018 edition);

o) Added a chapter on “Operational Management Tools” (see Chapter 7);

p) Changed the classification of operating models and related descriptions (see Chapter 8, Chapter 10 of the 2018 edition);

q) Added a chapter on “Operation Management System”, included “Operation Evaluation” as a clause in the chapter on “Operation Management System”, and changed the relevant Description (see Chapter 9, Chapter 11 of the 2018 edition).
