Scope

GB/T 36571-2018 is the English-translated version of 并联无功补偿节约电力电量测量和验证技术规范.

GB/T 36571-2018 explains how to measure and verify the electric energy and power saved when a parallel reactive power compensation device is installed in a power supply and distribution system.

It covers the main content of measurement and verification, the test plan, the technical requirements for measuring and verifying the savings, and the analysis and assessment of uncertainty.

Annexes give the calculation of parallel reactive power savings, the calculation of the reactive economy equivalent and a worked example of a measurement uncertainty assessment.

It applies to energy saving certification and to evaluating the effect of compensation devices once they are in operation, and it can also guide their planning, design, construction and retrofit.

Grid companies and energy service providers use it. It was issued on 17 September 2018 and has applied since 1 April 2019.

Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard stipulates that a parallel reactive power compensation device is installed in the power supply and distribution system, and the reactive power of the connected system is made when it is in normal and stable operation.

Power consumption and power saving and power measurement and verification methods, including the main content of measurement and verification, test plan, technical requirements, no Deterministic analysis and assessment.

This standard is applicable to the certification of energy saving and the evaluation of energy saving effects after the parallel reactive power compensation device is put into operation in the power distribution system.

It is suitable for the planning, design, construction and transformation of parallel reactive power compensation devices in power supply and distribution systems.

3 Terms and definitions

The terms and definitions defined in GB/T 28750-2012, GB/T 32823-2016 and DL/T 5242-2010 apply to this document. For ease of use, some of the terms and definitions in DL/T 5242-2010 are repeated below.

3.1 Reactive power compensation device

A general term for devices that compensate for capacitive or inductive reactive power. [DL/T 5242-2010, definition 3.0.21]

3.2 Parallel reactive compensation

The reactive power compensation device is installed in parallel in the substation, power line, distribution transformer and terminal power equipment to improve the access system. Power factor, reduced power loss and improved power quality.

3.3 Reactive economy equivalent

The decrease in the active power loss of the system caused by the reduction of unit reactive power in the power distribution system.
