Scope

GB/T 36561-2018 is the English-translated version of 清洁节能热处理装备技术要求及评价体系.

GB/T 36561-2018 sets out what heat treatment equipment has to achieve to count as clean and energy-saving, and how that level is evaluated.

It covers terms and definitions, basic requirements, process and quality performance, reliability, energy consumption and waste discharge, and then gives the evaluation indicators and the evaluation method for rating equipment.

It applies to vacuum furnaces, controlled atmosphere furnaces, induction, ion and high energy beam heat treatment equipment, natural atmosphere furnaces, bath furnaces and their production lines, so that similar equipment can be compared.

An informative annex shows how to calculate the weight of the parts treated in the various furnace types. Equipment makers, heat treatment plants and assessors use it together with GB/T 15318, GB/T 17358 and GB/T 30839.4. It was issued on 13 July 2018 and has applied since 1 February 2019.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the terms and definitions, basic requirements, process and quality requirements, reliability requirements, and energy consumption of clean energy-saving heat treatment equipment.

Evaluation indicators and evaluation methods for consumption, waste discharge, clean energy-saving heat treatment equipment.

This standard applies to vacuum heat treatment furnaces, controlled atmosphere heat treatment furnaces, induction heat treatment equipment, ion heat treatment equipment, high energy beam heat treatment Heat treatment equipment such as equipment, natural atmosphere heat treatment furnace, bath furnace and its production line are used to evaluate the clean energy level of similar equipment.
