Parts 1 and 2 of the series cover material testing machines and non-destructive testing equipment. It was issued on 7 June 2018 and has applied since 1 January 2019.

Foreword
GB/T 36416 "Test Machine Vocabulary" is divided into the following three parts.
--- Part 1. Material testing machine;
--- Part 2. Non-destructive testing equipment;
--- Part 3. Vibration test system and impact test machine.
This part is the third part of GB/T 36416.
This section is drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This part of GB/T 36416 specifies the vibration test system and impact test machine and its main components, components and performance parameters. Terms and definitions.
This section applies to the preparation of vibration test system and impact tester standards and various technical documents, as well as the compilation of related textbooks and books. Write translations with Chinese and foreign documents.
Note: The words or words in square brackets [] in this section are words or words that can be omitted without confusion.
2 Basic concepts
2.1 Linear vibration
The trajectory of the vibration point is a linear vibration.
2.2 Periodic vibration
The vibration of the vibration parameter repeated with time after a certain increment.
Note 1. This period parameter y is a function of time t and can be expressed by the following formula. y=f(t)=f(t±n tau) In the formula. n---integer; t --- time independent variable; tau---cycle.
Note 2. Vibrations that only slightly deviate from a certain period of vibration are quasi-periodic vibrations.
2.3 Simple harmonic vibration; sinusoidal vibration
The vibrational parameters can be vibrated by the period described by the sine function of the time independent variable.
Note: Simple harmonic motion can be described as. y=y^sin(omega t phi0) In the formula. y --- simple harmonic vibration; Y^ --- amplitude; omega --- angular frequency; t --- time independent variable; Phi0 --- The initial phase angle of the vibration.
2.4 Random vibration; stochastic vibration
Instantaneous values are not predictable vibrations.
Note: The probability that a random vibration instantaneous value is within a specified interval can be described by a certain probability distribution function.
