1 Scope

This standard specifies the conditions of use, system components and technical requirements for the auxiliary power supply system for locomotives and vehicles, technical requirements for components, and inspection methods.

And inspection rules.

This standard is applicable to railway trains and power concentrated EMUs (excluding power-supply-assisted generators) that are powered by electric locomotives or diesel locomotives.

Decentralized EMU, Metro and Light Rail EMUs. Construction vehicles can refer to the implementation.
