Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the redrafted law to amend the use of ISO 21592.2006 "Construction Machinery and Equipment Concrete Jet Machinery Terms

And commercial specifications.

The technical differences between this standard and ISO 21592.2006 and its causes are as follows.

--- According to the actual situation of China's concrete injection machinery, the "equal structure" is added to the scope of application of the standard (see Chapter 1);

--- In order to comply with the Chinese language habits, after the expression of the scope of application to add "notes", the paragraph structure is modified to note the structure (see Chapter 1);

--- According to China's current standards, the increase quoted GB/T 18576, which added Chapter 2 "Normative references" follow-up

Continuation of the preparation of the chapter number (see Chapter 2 ~ Chapter 5);

--- In order to take into account the language habits of different countries, the international standard expresses "concrete" as concrete mixture and concrete.

According to China's terminology usage habits, only concrete is retained in this standard (see Chapter 3);

--- Explicate the sample number of each term, and unify the format of the term and definition part of the annotation into the form of "see picture" plus "figure number" (see

Chapter 3);

--- Add "Note 2" after the definition of the term "chassis" and increase its sample figure (see 3.10);

--- In the international standard, the "accelerating agent" is defined according to the adding stage. To comply with the domestic terminology, this standard is based on the adding effect.

Definition of "accelerator" (see 3.13);

--- The serial numbers 11 and 1 in Figure A.1 all refer to wet concrete. In order to avoid duplication, the serial number 11 on the figure is changed to the serial number.

--- Translate the name of Figure A.6 into the "Jet Arm" and keep the same with the foregoing (see Appendix A);

1 Scope

This standard defines the terms and commercial specifications for concrete spraying machinery.

This standard applies to concrete sprayed on the surface of rocks, brick walls, steel structures, and wooden stencils, and serves as a lining support.

Concreting jet machinery.

3 Terms and Definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined by ISO /IEC 18576 apply to this document.

3.1

Concrete spraying machinery concretesprayer

A machine that sprays concrete onto buildings or other structures.

3.2

Concrete spray concretemixspraying

The process of spraying to form a concrete cover.

Note. Concrete injections are divided into dry injection and wet injection.

3.3

Wet concrete jet machinery wotsprayer

Jet wet concrete machinery.

Examples. Concrete pump jet machines, rotor jet machines.

Note. Piston and screw type mortar machines are also sometimes used for small wet concrete shots.

3.4

Dry concrete sprayer drysprayer

Using compressed air, the dry mix of cement and aggregates is delivered to the showerhead through a hose, where it is mixed with a suitable pressure of water.

Together, then the machine for concrete spraying.

NOTE 1 The main component of a dry concrete injection machine is the rotor. Its role is to transport the dry mix into the pressure chamber.
