Scope
GB/T 36219-2018 is the English-translated version of 船舶生产企业能耗评价方法.
GB/T 36219-2018 sets out how the energy consumption of a shipbuilding enterprise is evaluated. It lays down the index system, the evaluation indicators and methods, and the principles and procedure of the evaluation.
The indicators are defined in clause 3: power consumption per 10,000 yuan of shipbuilding output value, comprehensive energy consumption per 10,000 yuan of added value and per unit of corrected gross tonnage, and the unit consumption of the steel processing workshop, the painting workshop, assembly and the dock or berth.
It refers to GB/T 2589 for comprehensive energy consumption, GB/T 16667-1996 for welding equipment and CB/T 3484-2011 for corrected gross tonnage. Shipyards and those who assess their energy performance use it. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 December 2018.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard stipulates the energy consumption evaluation index system, evaluation indicators and methods, evaluation principles and procedures for shipbuilding enterprises.
This standard applies to the evaluation of the energy consumption level of shipbuilding enterprises.

3 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Shipbuilding million yuan output value power consumption
The ratio of the total power consumption of the shipbuilding business to the total industrial output value of the shipbuilding business during the statistical year.
3.2 10,000 yuan added value comprehensive energy consumption
The ratio of the energy used by the enterprise for the shipbuilding business to the value added of the shipbuilding business during the statistical year.
3.3 Unit correction total ton comprehensive energy consumption
The ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption consumed by the shipbuilding business in the statistical year to the revised gross tonnage of the shipbuilding completion.
3.4 Steel processing workshop unit comprehensive energy consumption
The ratio of the total energy consumed by the steel processing plant to the total tonnage of steel entering the processing plant.
3.5 Painting workshop unit comprehensive energy consumption
The ratio of the comprehensive energy consumption consumed by the paint shop to the effective painted area during the statistical period.
3.6 Integrated unit comprehensive energy consumption
The ratio of the combined energy consumption consumed by the organization during the statistical period to the weight of the components and structures involved in the assembly.
3.7 Dock/fleet unit comprehensive energy consumption
The ratio of the energy consumption to the effective working hours of the middle group, the total group or the associated painting, equipment installation, armoring, and home decoration.
