Foreword

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the redrafting method to modify the use of ISO 30005.2012 "ship and marine technology shipbreaking management system shipbuilding and shipbuilding

Information Management of Hazardous Substances in the Operational Process.

The structural adjustment of this standard compared with ISO 30005.2012 is as follows.

--- Delete the "4.3.2.2.1 Analysis Standard" in 4.3.2.2, and no longer set the first level in 4.3.2.2.

The technical differences between this standard and ISO 30005.2012 and their reasons are as follows.

--- Revised the normative reference document and replaced MEPC.197 (62) with MEPC.269 (68) to work with the International Maritime Organization (IMO)

The latest requirements are consistent.

This standard has made the following editorial changes.

--- Revised the threshold of harmful substances such as asbestos and polychlorinated biphenyls in Appendix A, and added in Appendix A according to the EU Shipbreaking Act.

Hazardous substances such as PFOS and its derivatives, brominated flame retardants and their threshold values;

--- Revised Table B.2 "Potential Hazardous Substances Project" in Appendix B;

--- Revised the threshold of harmful substances such as asbestos and polychlorinated biphenyls in Appendix C, and added in Appendix C according to the EU Shipbreaking Act.

Hazardous substances such as PFOS and its derivatives, brominated flame retardants and their threshold values;

--- Added the relevant content of the third part "Materials" in Appendix E "Standard Format of Hazardous Substances List";

--- Added Appendix H source examples.

This standard is proposed and managed by the National Marine Ship Standardization Technical Committee (SAC/TC12).

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions as defined by SR/CONF/45 and MEPC.269 (68) apply to this document.

3.1

Upstream supplier upstreamsupplier

A supplier of goods to downstream suppliers.

3.2

Downstream supplier downstreamsupplier

Produce any type of finished part, product or material and provide it to the supplier for use or application.

3.3

Existing ship existingship

Non-new shipbuilding.

3.4

New ship newship

Ships that meet the following conditions.

a) a ship that signs a construction contract at or after the entry into force of the Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Dismantling of Ships; or

b) If there is no construction contract, place the keel or place at the time of entry into force or 6 months after the entry into force of the Hong Kong International Safeguards and Environmentally Sound Dismantling Convention

a ship of similar construction stage; or

c) Ships delivered at the time of entry into force or 30 months after the entry into force of the Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Dismantling of Ships.

3.5

New device newinstalation

Systems, equipment, insulators or other materials installed on board ships after the date of entry into force of the Hong Kong International Convention for the Safe and Environmentally Sound Dismantling of Ships.
