GB/T 36183-2018 is the English-translated version of 大花白猪.
GB/T 36183-2018 is the Chinese breed standard for the Large Black-White pig (Dahuabai pig), the 1983 name for several big-eared black-and-white pig populations of Guangdong that originated in the Pearl River Delta.
It describes the origin and characteristics of the breed, its body appearance - black patches on the head and buttocks, white belly and legs, slightly drooping ears and seven pairs of functional teats - and the weight and body measurements of adult boars and sows.
It then covers production performance, starting with reproductive performance, the methods of determination and the basic requirements for breeding use, with photographs in an annex.

1 Scope
This standard specifies the origin and characteristics of the large white pig, body appearance, production performance, determination methods, basic requirements for seed use.
This standard applies to the identification of large white pigs.

3 Origin and characteristics
Dahuabai pig is the collective name of Guangdong big ear black and white pig, which is distributed by Dahuawu pig, Jinli pig, plum blossom pig and Liangcun in all parts of Guangdong.
The combination of pig, Sibao pig and Weipo pig is a combination of fat and meat. In 1983, it was collectively called Dahuabai pig. Originally produced in the Pearl River Delta area of Guangdong Province.
Including the South China Sea, Shunde and Zhongshan in Foshan, Panyu, Zengcheng, Huadu and Conghua in the suburbs of Guangzhou. The central production area is Gaoyao City (original Gaoyao County), Xingning City (formerly Xingning County), etc. Mainly distributed in Lechang, Renhua, Lianping, Peace, Xingning, Wuhua, Qujiang, Yingde and other counties (cities).
4 Body appearance
4.1 Appearance features
The coat color is black and white, with large black spots on the head and buttocks, white on the abdomen and limbs, and uneven size and uneven distribution on the back and waist.
The black block is surrounded by a gray band of 3cm~6cm wide at the junction of black and white, and most of the body surface is sparse. Medium size, back waist Wide, back micro-bow, abdomen. The ear is slightly drooping, and there are many wrinkles in the forehead. The number of effective nipples is 7 pairs, arranged neatly. Big flower white pig picture see Appendix A.
4.2 Body weight
The average weight of adult boars is 135.4kg, body length is 138.3cm, body height is 75.4cm, chest circumference is 127.2cm; average weight of adult sows 114.6kg, body length 129.7cm, body height 64.2cm, chest circumference 123.5cm.
5 Production performance
5.1 Reproductive performance
The suitable breeding age of boars is 180d~200d; the first sexual condition of sows is 90d~120d, suitable for breeding age is 180d~210d.
