GB/T 36011-2018 is the English-translated version of 可编程序控制器抽样检查和例行试验方法.

GB/T 36011-2018 is the Chinese national standard for the sampling checks and the routine tests carried out on programmable controllers before they leave the factory.

The sampling check covers environmental adaptability: the climatic tests of high temperature, low temperature, temperature cycling, temperature shock and alternating damp heat, the mechanical tests of vibration, impact and drop, and the electromagnetic tests of emission limits, electrostatic discharge, radiated radio-frequency fields, fast transient bursts, surges, disturbances conducted from radio-frequency fields, and voltage dips, short interruptions and voltage changes.

The routine test covers appearance, product information, packaging, product identification, product consistency and material compatibility, together with input and output functions, communication and electrical safety.

It also defines routine test and test procedure and gives the implementation rule for the sampling check. It was issued on 15 March 2018 and has applied since 1 October 2018.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

1 Scope

This standard specifies the sampling and inspection of the programmable controller's climate and environment adaptability, mechanical environment adaptability, and electromagnetic environment adaptability.

Methods, and routine test methods such as appearance, identification, input/output functions, communications, and electrical safety.

This standard applies to sampling inspection and routine testing of the programmable controller before leaving the factory.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1 Routine test

The equipment is tested according to the specified requirements before leaving the factory.

3.2 Test procedure

Before the test, the test to be carried out and the test conditions to be carried out jointly prepared by the manufacturer, the tester and the buyer (user) statement.

4 Sampling and routine test requirements

4.1 Sample Inspection Requirements

Sampling tests are conducted for environmental suitability.

Environmental adaptability tests include climate environment adaptability, mechanical environment adaptability and electromagnetic environment adaptability. Climate and environment adaptability requirements include: high temperature, low temperature, temperature cycle, temperature shock, alternating damp heat, etc.; mechanical environment adaptability requirements include: vibration, impact, drop, etc.; electromagnetic Environmental adaptability requirements include: emission limits, electrostatic discharge immunity, radio frequency electromagnetic field radiation immunity, electrical fast burst immunity, surges Impact immunity, induced disturbance immunity of the RF field, voltage dips, short interruptions, and voltage changes.
