This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.

This standard uses the translation method identical with ISO 8843..2005 "aircraft electrical connector crimp removable contact identification system."

1 Scope

This standard specifies the electrical connector crimp removable detachable contact identification. Marked by the outer diameter of the crimp cylinder composed of two ribbons, on the heat

3 logo system

3.1 The contact shall be identified by two ribbons, with a nominal ribbon width of 1 mm, see Figure 1 and Table 1. Two ribbons indicate the following characteristics.

--- Ribbon 1, marking the mating end of the contact specifications, but also shows the corresponding contact crimping tool locator and pick-up tools;

--- Ribbon 2, marking and crimping cylinder matching conductor cross-sectional area.

The preferred type of contact can also be a minimum width of 1mm monochrome tape logo.

The colors used should comply with the provisions of IEC 60062.

3.2 Thermocouple contacts shall also be marked on the end of the crimp barrel as specified in a) or b) below.

a) letter code.

--- AL. nickel aluminum;

--- FE. iron;

--- CN. copper and nickel;

--- CT. copper Tellurium; or others.

3.3 high temperature contacts should also be used color point logo, color and location in Table 1 and Figure 1.

The contacts can also be identified on the non-mating end of the manufacturer, the location selected by the manufacturer.
