1 Scope

1.1 GB/T 35513 of this part specifies the naming system and classification of polycarbonate thermoplastic materials.

1.2 Different Types of Polycarbonate Plastic Depending on the values of the characteristic properties specified below and on the specific application and/or process, the important properties, Tim Additives, colorants, fillers and reinforcements based classification system to be distinguished.

a) sticky number;

b) melt volume flow rate;

c) Charpy impact strength.

1.3 This section applies to carbonated and aromatic diphenol compounds thermoplastic polyester. The polyester can be a homopolymer, a copolymer, or a mixture of both Compound.

This section applies to powder, granular or flake ordinary materials, but also for unmodified or colorants, additives, fillers and other modified material.

1.4 This section does not imply that the same named material must have the same properties. This section does not provide instructions for the specific use of materials and /or process data required for engineering, performance data or processing conditions.

If required, these additional properties may be determined according to the test methods specified in ISO 7391-2.

1.5 In order to specify the specific use of a thermoplastic material or to ensure reproducibility of processing, additional requirements may be given in character group 5 (see 3.1).
