3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 28490 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Basic safety technical requirements
To ensure that the button products harmless to human health and made the most basic requirements.
3.2 Buttons for infants and young children
Buttons for infants and young children 36 months and under.
Note. Generally suitable for children 100cm tall and below the use of buttons.
3.3 Children's buttons
Buttons for children over the age of 36 months and under.
Note.Generally applicable to children above 100cm height, 155cm and below, or for boys of 160cm and below.
3.4 Other kind of buttons
Buttons used by people over 14 years old.
Note.Generally applicable to women above 155cm or 160cm men's buttons.
