GB/T 35394-2017 is the English-translated version of 无损检测 X射线数字成像检测 系统特性.
GB/T 35394-2017 sets out the system properties of X-ray digital radiography in non-destructive testing.
Clause 1 states that the standard specifies the equipment requirements and the measurement conditions for an X-ray digital imaging system, together with the methods for determining its linear range, its basic spatial resolution, the minimum allowable grayscale amplitude, the contrast sensitivity, the thickness tolerance and the exposure curve, and that it applies to the measurement of the performance of X-ray digital imaging test equipment for metallic materials, non-metallic materials, composite materials and other products; no exclusions are given.
Clause 3 takes its terms and definitions from GB/T 12604.11 and adds none of its own.
Clause 4 carries the symbols, set out in Table 1, among them the contrast to noise ratio and the contrast to noise ratio measured with a groove of a specific thickness difference, the contrast sensitivity, grayscale as the ratio of the grayscale value of the image to the full amplitude, the line modulation degree, the single frame exposure of the detector, the number of image frames the detector outputs per second, and the maximum, mean and minimum allowable grayscale values.
Clause 2 cites GB/T 12604.11, GB/T 23901.5 and GB/T 35389, together with one entry on X-ray digital imaging test methods whose code the draft does not print. The draft on the page breaks off inside the symbol table, so the measurement clauses announced in clause 1 are not shown.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the X-ray digital imaging system equipment requirements and measurement conditions and linear range, the basic spatial resolution, the minimum Licensed grayscale amplitude, contrast sensitivity, thickness tolerance and exposure curve determination method.
This standard applies to metallic materials, non-metallic materials, composite materials and other products X-ray digital imaging test equipment performance measurement.
