Scope

GB/T 35056-2018 is the English-translated version of 煤矿巷道锚杆支护技术规范.

GB/T 35056-2018 is the Chinese technical specification for rock bolting in coal mine roadways, covering coal, rock and semi-coal-rock roadways.

It defines the terms used, from roadway types to rock bolts and their parts, and sets technical requirements for site investigation and geotechnical evaluation of the surrounding rock, support design, bolting materials and components, and installation.

It then deals with quality inspection of the bolting work, with its responsibilities, content, requirements and quality assessment, and with monitoring: station installation, comprehensive and daily monitoring, observation frequency, information feedback, abnormal situations, staff training and records.

Informative annexes describe the short-encapsulation pull test for resin bolts, the anchor pull test and the dual-height roof separation indicator. It was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 December 2018.

1 Scope

This standard stipulates the terminology and definition of bolt support technology for coal mine roadway, technical requirements, construction quality inspection of bolt support and bolt support monitor.

This standard is applicable to bolt support in coal mine roadway, coal roadway and semi-coal rock roadway.

3 Terms and definitions

The following terms and definitions defined in GB/T 228.1-2010, MT146.1-2011, MT285 apply to this document.

3.1 Roadway

A tunnel for coal mine upgrading, transportation, ventilation, drainage, pedestrians, power supply, etc.

3.2 Coal alley

The coal seam area in the section accounts for 4/5 or 4/5 of the roadway.

3.3 Rock laneway

The rock area in the section accounts for 4/5 or 4/5 of the roadway.

3.4 Semi-coal rock roadway

The rock area (including the stone layer) in the section is greater than 1/5 to less than 4/5.

3.5 Anchor
