GB/T 35015-2018 is the English-translated version of 气瓶外测法水压试验用标准瓶的标定方法.
GB/T 35015-2018 sets out how to calibrate the standard bottles, or calibrated cylinders, used to check the equipment for the water jacket hydrostatic test of gas cylinders.
In that test the cylinder is pressurized inside a special water jacket, and the water that overflows during and after pressurization gives its total and permanent volumetric expansion.
The standard covers the basic calibration requirements, the test device, the test requirements, the marking of the standard bottle and notes on use, and defines terms such as special water jacket and the goodness of fit of the calibration regression line.
Informative annexes give the basic requirements for the standard bottles, a model calibration report and the data label. It applies to the calibration of standard bottles for this test, was issued on 14 May 2018 and has applied since 1 December 2018.

This standard was drafted in accordance with the rules given in GB/T 1.1-2009.
1 Scope
This standard specifies the standard bottle calibration method and the basic requirements of the test device for the cylinder pressure test.
This standard is applicable to the calibration of standard bottles for hydraulic test outside the cylinder.

3.1 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions as defined in GB/T 13005 apply to this document.
3.1.1 Water jacket hydrostatic test
Place the cylinder in a special, special water jacket for pressurization. According to the cylinder under the hydrostatic test, the amount of water overflowing from the water jacket and the remaining after the pressure relief The amount of overflow is used to determine the full volume deformation and volume residual deformation of the cylinder.
3.1.2 Standard bottle (calibrated cylinder)
A special bottle for correcting and verifying the accuracy of the cylinder pressure test device is used to verify and prove the accuracy of the test system. And auxiliary and derived standards for integrity.
3.1.3 Special water jacket
A special device for determining the volumetric deformation of the bottle to be calibrated during the hydrostatic test.
3.1.4 Total volumetric expansion
The volume deformation of the bottle to be calibrated under the calibration pressure.
3.1.5 Permanent volumetric expansion
After the calibration bottle is removed after the calibration pressure is removed, the volume is not restored to the original state and the volume remaining is increased and deformed.
3.1.6 Goodness of fit
The degree to which the regression line of the standard bottle calibration data fits the calibration data.
