3.1 Terms and definitions
The following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1.1 Digital audio recording system
Systems that process and record audio signals digitally.
3.1.2 dBFS dBfulscale
Unit of digital audio signal level.
Notes 1.0dBFS (0 dB full scale) Digital audio reference level equal to "full scale" for digital audio devices with A/D and D/A converters
