1 Scope
This standard specifies the quality of DNA primer probe evaluation criteria, technical requirements, test methods, packaging, transport and storage requirements.

3 Terms and definitions
GB/T 19495.1 defined and the following terms and definitions apply to this document.
3.1 Oligonucleotide
A linear polynucleotide fragment of two to thirty nucleotide residues joined by phosphodiester bonds. Oligonucleotides can be self-assembled by the instrument

NOTE In the use of this term, the number of nucleotide residues is not strictly defined. In many documents, the number of nucleotide residues that contain thirty or more nucleotide residues

3.2 Primer
Synthesized two oligonucleotide sequences, one end of the target gene with a DNA template strand complementary to the other segment and the target gene
