1 Scope

Valve leakage level from small to large divided into three levels, namely micro-leakage, general leakage, serious leakage. Leakage level corresponding to the leakage

4 testing procedures

4.1 test conditions

4.1.1 unit load basically stable

Main steam parameters, reheat steam parameters, condenser vacuum basically stable.

4.1.2

The length of the hydrophobic pipe before the valve under test should be not less than 4000mm.

4.1.3

hydrophobic shut-off class valve is closed, the time interval from the last valve test should be greater than 15min.

4.1.4

hydrophobic pipe insulation material selection and structural design should be consistent with the provisions of GB/T 4272.

4.1.5

hydrophobic pipe design should be consistent with the provisions of DL/T 5054.

4.2 detection device

4.2.1 General requirements

Temperature sensors, temperature transmitters, test instruments should be verified.
